Privacy notice
Last updated October 5, 2026
This notice says what the Cheshire Institute app collects about you, why, and who can see it.
What we collect
- Your name and email, which we enter when we add you.
- Your password. It is stored scrambled, so we cannot read it.
- Your daily check-ins: sleep, weight, energy and mental clarity.
- The supplements set for you in the app.
- Your time zone, so the app knows which day it is for you.
Why we collect it
To run your program: to sign you in, to show your progress, and so Dr. Cheshire can see how you are doing before your calls.
Who can see it
- You.
- Dr. Cheshire and the Cheshire Institute staff who run the program.
- The companies that host the app for us, only as needed to keep it running.
Other members cannot see your check-ins or your supplements.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information.
- We do not show you ads or share your information with advertisers.
Cookies
The app uses two small cookies. One keeps you signed in. One remembers your time zone. There are no tracking cookies.
Fullscript
When you order supplements you leave this app and go to Fullscript, a separate company. What you give them is covered by their privacy policy, not this one.
Your choices
- You can ask to see the information we hold about you.
- You can ask us to correct it.
- You can ask us to delete your account and your check-ins.
To do any of these, ask the person at Cheshire Institute who sent your invite.
Changes
