These terms cover your use of the Cheshire Institute app. By signing in you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What this is

Cheshire Institute is an education and coaching program. The app is where you follow your program, check in each day, and see the supplements suggested for you.

This is not medical care

• Nothing in the app is medical advice, a diagnosis, or treatment.
• Using the app or joining the program does not make you a patient of Dr. Cheshire or of any medical office.
• Keep seeing your own doctor. Talk to them before you change your diet, exercise, medicine, or supplements.
• Do not use the app in an emergency. In the United States, call 911.

Your account

• Your account is for you only. Do not share your sign in.
• Keep your password private. Tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
• What you enter should be true and should be about you.

Supplements

Supplements listed in the app are suggestions that go with your program. You order them from Fullscript, a separate company. Your order, payment, shipping and returns are between you and Fullscript, under their terms.

Results

We do not promise any result. What you get from the program depends on many things, and people differ.

Our content

The program and everything in the app belong to Cheshire Institute. They are for your personal use. Do not copy, share or sell them.

Ending access

Your access lasts as long as your program or membership. We may end an account that breaks these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, the date at the top changes. If you keep using the app after a change, you agree to the new terms.

The privacy notice says what we collect and who can see it.
